A Wodify alternative, built for Belgian boxes.

Wodify is good American software, used by thousands of gyms. But a Belgian box pays in dollars, without Bancontact, in an English-only interface. Here are the facts, dated and sourced, so you can compare calmly.

What Wodify does well

This comes first: Wodify is complete and mature. Bookings, payments, optional WOD tracking, automations, very powerful reports, and support that reviews often praise. If your box is in the United States, it is a solid choice.

Where it falls short for a box in Belgium

Prices are in dollars

Wodify's pricing page shows its plans in US dollars, from $79 to $299 a month, with WOD tracking (Perform) as a paid add-on. Your bill follows the dollar rate.

Payments go through Wodify Payments

Your members' fees are collected by Wodify's payment solution, which runs on Stripe, with fees per payment (for example $0.50 per direct debit in the euro zone). Bancontact is not among the listed payment methods.

No French, no Dutch

Wodify's website, app and help centre are in English. Your Flemish and Walloon members and coaches use it in a language that is not theirs.

Nothing for Belgian admin

No health-insurance (mutuelle) certificates, no quarterly VAT, no Dimona or hours for your payroll provider, no Peppol invoices. It is not their market.

What WNGMN does instead
